This mental health awareness PSA draws inspiration from the main character of "FLAIL," who struggles under the weight of a demanding job. Trying her best to meet everyone's needs, she eventually reaches her limit. The piece reflects on common modern life challenges like overstimulation and the necessity of setting boundaries. Styled as a retrospective motion poem, it seeks to increase awareness of the stages of mental health issues.
Process
The biggest challenge when working on this project is a compelling narrative. After exploring multiple story directions, I landed on a retrospective tone—one that blends nostalgia with modern execution. The final piece merges 3D and 2D elements seamlessly, creating a cohesive flow that feels both polished and purposeful.
